Discover Amazing Coffee Farm Tours

Go beyond the fields — learn the stories, science, and hard work behind every harvest from the farmers themselves.

The Philippines has been a coffee producer since the mid-1800s. It is an archipelago made of more than 7,000 islands with varying climates, making it suitable for growing different coffee varieties. The cooler temperatures of the mountain ranges such as the Cordilleras and Bukidnon province allow coffee growers to produce Arabica beans.

The country is famous for “Barako” or Philippine Liberica, growing in the provinces of Batangas, Quezon, and Cavite. Originating in West and Central Africa, this bean is one of the rare varieties cultivated only in Southeast Asia, particularly the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia. We are making this rare species of coffee available to you, among other types that grow on Philippine soil.

With VerrAI, we do not only offer coffee. We offer a complete coffee experience through our farm workshops and tours in our very own Philippines.

Immerse yourself in unique farm moments in a Southeast Asian destination that will surely capture your love for coffee. Our tours also include cacao, tea, and bee-farming workshops at very affordable prices.

Winter Travel: Madrid to San Sebastian

Fancying a trip to Spain? We always go to the not-so-touristy spots, as much as possible. So on one winter trip, we decided to hop on the bus and feasted on the sights along the six-hour ride going to San Sebastian. The magical wintry path going from Madrid was worth the long journey up north. Our team enjoyed the best of San Sebastian, which included the stunning sunset, its coastline, seafood, and of course, THE cheesecake! Best to go before or after Christmas, so that the shops and restaurants are open. Don't forget to try Bar Sport for the seafood pinchos. The place is always full but never disappoints! Tips (mostly at the Old Town): For tapas - Bar Sport Historic accommodation - Hotel Maria Cristina Affordable but reallyyyy nice accommodation - Hotel Zinema 7 Cheesecake - Bassk Cheesecakers Bus ride cost - 44 euros, Madrid to San SebastiĆ”n via Alsa

Living in Prague, Czech Republic as a Filipino

My recent visit to Prague, Czech Republic led me to the idea of asking for more information about staying there. It is a beautiful country, full of culture and life.  My friend and former colleague, Rysa Alenzuela, LL.B., Ph.D., is the best person to provide the details I wanted for my short video. She has been living there for some time now. We're proud of her because she's the first Asian (Filipino) to head a prestigious institution.  Watch it and learn more about Prague. You'll love to visit after.
